  • Handmade Nature: Our rugs are authentic, often vintage or handmade pieces from Anatolia.

  • Natural Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of weaving and dyeing, slight variations in color, size (up to 5%), and symmetry are not considered defects but characteristics of a unique, handmade product.

  • Digital Representation: We strive to display colors accurately in the Amsterdam Loft Studio lighting. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

  • All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s approved payment gateways.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Origin: All items ship from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

  • Customs: For international orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws:

  • Right of Withdrawal: Customers within the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
