Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing The Woven Anatolia. We take great care in ensuring your authentic Turkish rugs are packaged securely and delivered promptly from our Amsterdam studio to your home.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Studio Hours: We process shipments Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Dutch public holidays will be handled the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with PostNL and DHL to provide reliable delivery across Europe. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your rug leaves our studio.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your rug.

Standard Shipping: For purchases under € 100.00

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over € 100.00 .
4. International Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland):

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your rug is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Track & Trace number. You can monitor your delivery directly on the PostNL or DHL portals.
6. Damages & Issues
Our rugs are inspected and rolled with care. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

Photograph the external packaging before opening.
